As a Realtor since 1991, I've worked with Buyers and Sellers in the "up" market and the "down" market times. My market knowledge, understanding and expertise in the real estate market, along with my work ethic, enables me to provide quality service to my clients.

I am a native of Northwest Arkansas and a graduate of the University of Arkansas. I attained both the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) which require extensive training in real estate technology, laws and procedures. Less than four percent of Realtors nationwide attain the CRS designation. I’m a Senior Vice President with Lindsey & Associates, Inc. and a hold an Executive Broker designation.

Year after year I rank among the top one percent of Realtors in Northwest Arkansas. In addition to these designations, I serve as a judge for the Kansas City Home Builder’s Association Parade of Homes Show. I have judged both construction and interior design/décor categories. Kansas City is the second largest Parade in the country. This hands-on exposure to other markets, market trends and knowledge of home staging techniques provides me with information on what sells.
